The benefits of supplements
Food supplements are often demonized by the media and reports, and sometimes not without good reason, as they are often vitamin supplements that contain undesirable additives, chemicals and dyes.
Food supplements cannot replace a healthy and balanced lifestyle and are not intended to do so, but they can provide good support for the body.
If food supplements are taken in a natural form, they can be very beneficial for our health. This is because most illnesses are actually caused by a lack of nutrients. Deficiency symptoms can be quickly remedied and illnesses prevented.
They also support our body in difficult times when we are under a lot of physical or mental stress. In times of stress, for example, important vitamins include Vitamin C , Vitamin B-Komplex, and Vitamin D3 K2,
as they protect the body’s cells from oxidative stress.
Food supplements should therefore only be taken in natural form, as these can be ideally utilized by the body – this is also referred to as high bioavailability.
It is important not to take inferior food supplements, such as those available in drugstores or supermarkets, as these contain undesirable chemicals and additives that do more harm than good.
